What timezone is the event scheduled based on?

The event schedule is based on Hong Kong local time (UTC +8)

 

Will I be able to purchase tickets on the day of the event?

Ticket purchases at the door are subject to availability.

 

​I’m not comfortable purchasing tickets online. Is it possible to pay for tickets in cash?
Offline ticket purchasing is available. Please speak with your Group Service representative for more information.

I would like to attend the Convention but am not sure I can afford it. Are there any other pricing options available?
In the spirit of A.A., we want you and not your money! Please send us an email and we will be happy to discuss alternative ticketing arrangements.

 

Will refunds be available for tickets?

Tickets are 7th tradition donations, and as such are non-refundable.

How can I make additional donations to the Convention?

For those who wish to donate, you are free to make your contribution via the convention website or during the event.
